NOT for long!

The 800 pound gorrilla (known to you and I as the US Treasury) will be borrowing about $50 to $60+ billion per month over the next 18+ months.

This is equal to having Microsoft GIVE all of its product away for free -- and then expect pricing to firm and hope resellers to make money.
