Senior Bush is not on the Board - he's on the Advisory Board - a different thing. This is not a trial against Barrick and JPM - it's an action against them which they're defending. Don't think it has anything to do with AG at all - unless one is a conspiracy theorist of the wildest kind - try Doug AK - he'll believe anything.
