Of course that article ignores the big benefits to European consumers from a strong Euro. Just like US consumers benefitted from the strong dollar during the 1990s.

True, but the German economy is not only car manufacturers. The issue is not if the EUR should depreciate the issue is if the EUR is correctly priced v. the USD and IMHO it is a bit over priced
