I wanted a prescription drug benefit which would allow Social Security to negotiate drug prices like they do in Canada. Like the VA does. Like Insurance companies do.

To understand what you said requires a rudimentary understanding of the concept of ROE. Sadly it's clear kenny is clueless about this. kenny believes ROE is a law of physics, well that's what he told me. LOL...
