What Kristol doesn't realize, or won't say is that none of Junior's "subordinates" care what he thinks, or mumbles, or internalizes. They are running the show. They are more than willing to flatter the boy, and look like they are listening when he speaks, but they write the speeches, they launch the wars, and they don't give a d**m what clueless George is internalizing.
