You're nuts. Most governors seal their records, it's done according to the law. Even Bush tried to get his records sealed, but under Texas law he ultimately failed to do so. But in trying to do it he effectively sealed them through the election campaign. So what you are upset about with Dean is exactly what Bush did! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, yer damnself.
