I wonder who else is involved in LSER aka Broadcast Intl...

Lets look at that 8k that LSER filed in October 2003...

Way at the bottom there is a signature page. The very last signature is

/s/ Stephen Spencer

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION v. GEORGE BADGER, GOLF COMMUNITIES OF AMERICA, INC., f.k.a. GOLF VENTURES, INC., DUANE MARCHANT, STEPHEN SPENCER, KARL BADGER, MARION SHERRILL, HARMON S. HARDY, LA JOLLA CAPITAL CORPORATION, HAROLD B. GALLISON, JR., TERRY HUGHES, MARVIN SUSEMIHL, DAVID ROSENTHAL, ANDREW SEARS, and WILLIAM SLONE;
United States District Court for the District of Utah; 2: 97 CV 963K

Golf Ventures is now traded as Golf Communities ticker GVCM, last trade was at $0.0001!

For more on Stephen Spencer see:

As of this writing, we cannot say for sure if the two men are the same individual. But when it comes to Utah based OTCBB reverse merger POS stock scams, its a pretty tight knit family....and I dont believe in co-incidence.

Years ago, 1988 perhaps, I met Reed L. Benson at that address I think. He was at that time perhaps 35 to 40 years old and an elder in the Mormon organization.

At the time he was a Vice President I think of Broadcast International, which was then engaged in in-store broadcasting of music with advertising via satellite. Yes, there was a real business. Oddly, my firm AEA Investors had made a venture capital investment in BI, which paid off moderately.

Others involved at the time were Dwight Egan and Dave Crockett, co-CEO's or somesuch. Lynn Briggs knew them well.

I always get the weird feeling it's a Mormon mafia thing - the tentacles to the church organization are manifold.

Peter

I see that Benson is associated with Briggs & Associates.
