Thanks, for finding that. It clarifies that weird quote from Borer, quite well..........

While the committee settled on restricted use in resistant patients as a more appropriate indication for Ranexa, members pointed out that the drug had not been studied in that group of patients and therefore advised that a new study would have to be performed.

Yeah, I have similar sentiments.

The Bull's "But"..... assume burn this quarter equivalent to last, and assume that it's already all gone...... $15/share, cash, closed at 2.3X book yesterday. Pharmas wouldn't blink an eye at taking on discounted debt, with or without a pipeline or valuable I.P. That's the basic to return to, over and over, in biotech investing..... "what would a pharma pay for it?" Shut the doors today, what would someone pay for it? Should you ignore burn? No, that would be simple minded and/or just plain dumb. But, should one let the shorts and burn scare you to the point of not recognizing a bargain? Miljenko made the correct call, and he may be correct about it going to single digits. But it's worth lots more and -- if drug development logic prevailed -- IMO shouldn't go there.
