Thanks for your thoughts on OMG.

Have you been following the latest Abercrombie & Fitch Co (ANF) controversy? ANF is my least favorite retailer...I just can't believe it took them so long to finally "get the message" that their advertising campaign was offending so many people.

In an announcement tonight, ANF stated it would retire its quarterly catalog. There has been a strong campaign against the store because of their catalog and their advertising. Several ads against ANF are being published this week in USA today and the Wall Street Journal.

This Yahoo post gives the URL to view the ads that will be in USA today and the Wall Street Journal.

Even with the management of ANF stating that they no longer will publish their catalog, IMO they have a very long road ahead to try and rebuild a relationship with the potential customers in various communities where their stores are located.
