"There are valid criticisms of Bush, some of which I agree with." Same here. I don't think Bush or the Republican party is perfect & have spoken about some things I disagree with from them. I've noticed that most folks here attack those criticisms that are gross exaggerations, blatant distortions or outrageous lies. Like you, stuff like that drives me nuts too. How can you have an honest debate when one side is mostly shrill partisan politics that has no basis in fact or reality?
