dare you to find one good reason why excluding possible bidders from various countries is good for Iraq and Iraqis because Iraq is going to become the 51st State, and what's good for the United States is good for Iraq? -g- while we steal their oil, we'll probably develop a special class of Menial Labor visa so that they can come to the US and be our servants.
