you're right...2.32...was going off of memory. the stock moved so much that i missed a dollar....<G> i guess it's now a buck or so better than where you think it should trade? or do you still think it's going out of business as you've so grandly articulated in the past? your response to me appears as though you wish you had been the one purchasing the converts....

Then why hasn't the convert holder (Deutch Bank} already converted? The only reason I can think of is that they are betting the price of the stock will continue to rise.
