WW2 was a totally different scenario. That was a war that was fought to actually defend this country from outside attack. I don't think revenge is in order for the WTC attack. What's needed is an engineered solution like I outlined. But, it's not going to happen, because the "powers that be" really aren't interested in making the world a peaceful place and weaning us off foreign oil. That would kill the oil and arms industries, two of the largest most profitable industries in the world. So, we have a "war on terror" that will cause more terrorism and the powers that be will just sit back and collect the dividends from their stocks in the arms industry. What a lovely world we live in. And who is to blame for the immoral actions of our government?
