Report Says China is Returning Refugees to North Korea

EOUL, South Korea, Dec. 9 - On the heels of a Russian offer to take in able-bodied North Korean refugees, a leading South Korean human rights group has released a report estimating that China is forcibly repatriating 100 refugees to North Korea each week.
