Sorry most of the dislike for Bush was there prior to his selection/coronation. Mainly because he was perceived to be DUMB. And a good part of his dislike came about through his dubious right wing policies -- considering he won by a razor thin margin -- it should have behooved on him to govern from the center. Most of the hatred also stems from the fact that he frittered away the world's goodwill in the aftermath of 9-11. Focus on Al Qaeda and Afghanistan not Iraq. Forget about Muslims, he is distrusted by people of other religions including Christians in other parts of the world.

It's really sad how narrow minded your view is. Bush is hated not just by certainl Muslims....he...and therefore, America....is disliked all over Europe, for example, by the arrogant stance of he and people like Rumsfield, who denigrate countries by calling them "irrelevant Old Europe" when they Dare disagree with him. He, and therefore America, are hated when Bush ignores international treaties, such as Kyoto, and then expects the world to cooperate with Him. You can't have it both ways. And by the way, just because a person or country disagrees with the United States, does not automatically mean they are "evil." Can you comprehend that?
