Safe play?

I see MFIC as a speculative buy when you look at the company excluding the Nano aspect. The economy is recovering and capital spending will increase. MFIC produces conventional mixing equipment and this should do well. Companies have been holding back the last few years and demand should be strong. MFIC will be profitable this year and should do well next year excluding the MMR[nano]. On top of this you get the MMR potential.

I guess CY owns a 17% stake in NVEC and they have the option to purchase up to 2 Million more shares for $3 a share.
