Sure there is, but since "fascist" and "neocon agenda" have no real inherent meaning, one can always make the accusation and challenge others to "prove" them wrong, which is impossible in any case.

One would hope that Dean isn't out to confiscate and redistribute wealth in a communist takeover of America, and there's no evidence that this is his plan, but his stated income and payroll tax agenda conveys a certain tendency toward such a belief system.

See what I mean? Your statement is pure wind (as my version intentionally is), implying a basis for equating Bush to Hitler when none exists, and at the same time containing your own escape clause so you can't be pinned down as having made such a baseless and slanderous comparison. It is intellectually dishonest, at best.
