Is your photo collection also just a slightly doctored version of someone else's work?

My professional work consists of documenting live theater. In that context the answer to your question could be: yes -- I depend on work someone else puts on stage, without it I don't have a living. Though I've never seen it called that, one could make the leap and say it is a "doctored version of someone else's work." My personal stuff consists of real life candids. In this context the answer is: no.

Any particular reason for your displacement of the original conflict of world views between us by going personal?
