Response from the doc in November: "I understand the frustration that shareholders have, however you must understand that making any type of substantive disclosure with regards to our progress in this process could jeopardize the process itself. Additionally, giving shareholders any type of timeline for the completion of a transaction would be irresponsible on our part, given the fluid nature of this type of process. All I can tell you at this point is what we have disclosed. We are continuing to aggressively pursue a number of potential transactions through West Ridge." I think he thinks he is running the CIA or something...... Baton
