Well, that's a unique definition of fascism. Now you know why Orwell said it is a "meaningless word" - it means something different to everyone. Though I wonder if it ever occurred to him that anyone would have such a broad and vague definition of it. OTOH, he might have thought of it. It IS convenient to be able to apply it to any government of the world - selectively, of course.

BTW, you've also described socialism, communism and, going back a bit, even mercantilism, not to mention more conventionally defined fascism.
