The tactics we're beginning to use in Iraq, that is Israeli tactics, aren't a new thing for us. We used them in Vietnam under the name of the Phoenix program, basically just assassination squads - which wouldn't have been bad, except they couldn't determine the right people to assassinate, so, they finally just started assassinating anyone who "might" be a bad guy. Also, somehow General Boyer ( my God is bigger than Allah and will beat him up ) has unbelievably been put in the chain of command of this new tactical initiative. These Bushies really know how to win the hearts and minds!
