Now that Justices personally ( not the Constitution ) define the parameters of the Federal Government, installing 4 justices is tantamount to installing a new government, and that's what the President elected on 04 will probably do. Electing a President now takes on the importance of electing a party in a Parliamentary system.

Also, if you thought Borking was nasty, you ain't seen nothing yet. There even could literally be bloodshed over selection now.
