Patron,

Agree totally. I usually just hold the bull market stuff(PMs/energy), and have a large cash reserve dedicated to dip buying. After a 100%+ move, I recoup the initial investment, and move the shares to a zero cost port, which is my core.I liketo buy large amounts of key stocks like CDE, GSS, etc. If I can buy 10-20K, when they double, I stash a good number of shares away..and revive the purchasing power. There's always a new horse to ride.

I take another set amount of money to make a living with, whether it's gold or tech. When gold goes down, I move into something else..like puts or another sector. Short JPM and XMSR right now. Just trade the swings. I don't short gold or anything in an uptrend. There is good money to made in short mode. Just want to constantly keep the money working.
