The Iraqi motto is: Take the checks through training, then go back to the insurgency!

And Ray, lets not forget we have given the trainers of these magnificent fighters a no-bid contract that pays them several hundred thousands per soldier to make them the stalwarts in the transition of the protection the Iraqis when Codpiece abandons them next year before the election. And then all Hell will break loose over there when the religious fanatic take over...a real shame that Cod has never read a history book!

Yep! A cool $50,000,000 dollars of our tax money to Dyncorp to train these saviors of Iraq..plus $800 million....how great!!

________________________________________________________
The estimated value of this contract for law enforcement support is up to $50 million for the first year, depending on Iraqi capabilities and needs. President Bush's new spending request to Congress calls for $800 million for a training facility for the Iraqi police force, which could significantly increase DynCorp's contract
