Lawyers've been outsourced for years. Take a look at Nolo Press - which, by the way, I like, and use myself.

Almost any simple thing you can get a lawyer you do is now available on software, be it wills, deeds, contracts, leases, simple incorporation, simple divorce, simple bankruptcy. That used to be our bread and butter.

But, adapt or die.
