Hopefully Ed will interpret some of the stuff. intel.com He doesn't let the cat out of the bag on when we'll see product. Summary: Phase change memory based on chalcogenide memory has been demonstrated. With no known scaling limit, it has the potential to continue Moore's Law scaling beyond transistor memory scaling. In the near term, projected cost is high compared to nor/and flash: challenge is how to lower cost faster. Del
