I dont know, some consultants feel that USA may have somehow violated World Trade Rules. Beats me how it can be illegal to specify how AMERICAN TAXPAYER MONEY is spent by AMERICANS. As I said, any monies OTHER then OUR MONEY should go to the most efficient bidder, but OUR MONEY ought to go to OUR FIRMS IMHO. Another thing, I saw on T/V last night RALLIES THROUGHOUT IRAQ by the PEOPLE demanding an END TO TERRORISM by the terrorists in their country. I scanned back here 1/2 dozen pages or so and found no one commenting on that. Why is that? To me that is one of the most significant developments I have seen in Iraq since the end of the major hostilities. If it continues and is fanned hotter this MIGHT be the light at the end of the tunnel. jdn
