Carter is very well respected by the International Community whereas Bush is generally despised in the rest of the world.

Carter is the only heavyweight I've seen yet in America, among all of the talking heads, who has concluded that Saddam held back his toprate militarists in order to conduct and grow a secret war against the American occupation force.

Remember how everyone laughed when the Iraqi Information Minister announced at a press conference that they had a "secret weapon?" Even the media hasn't admitted to this yet!
