mph, speaking of greedy (in the sense of "power hungry") lawyers, I have a question for you. Isn't Elliot Spitzer at least overstepping his mandate as AG, if not violating ethics or the law, by threatening criminal prosecution of mutual fund companies unless they accept a settlement whereby they agree to cut their fees to investors? According to news reports, he has said he thinks their fees are too high and he won't settle with any fund firm that doesn't agree to cut their fees. Bob

All he needed to do was read the thread header & everything that gets posted there objectively. They bitch about others who bitch, label & name call, but do it themselves. Somehow they explain that what they are doing isn't bitching, labeling or name calling, but I never could follow their perception of this alternate reality. They bitch about others being RWE or far right of center that claim to be centrist, yet rarely provide any credible evidence other than their say so. Meanwhile their own words show them to be far left of center & they are certain they are "moderates". I'd go on, but it's not worth the effort.
