Well, it doesn't surprise me from many of them. It IS the party of trial lawyers and the "if I don't like it, I'll sue" mentality. And they don't give a damn about the constitution. It's the mentality that turns anything they want to make law into a claimed constitutional right they want courts to award when they can't get it through the legislative process (or can't be bothered to try) - sacrificing the balance of powers for the sake of imposing their will, regardless of the will of the people. It's an impatient, intolerant, and arrogant attitude - and one of "entitlement" to power - that is inconsistent with American democracy.

Aye, there's the rub. It seems that the rule of law is
only critical when it favors something the democrats want
to do. When it doesn't, they seem to ignore it completely.
