This is fine if the goal is to make them pay for not supporting the war. But I ask is it worth it. We are paying billions for this war. In the end if we piss off Canada, Germany, France, Russia we will be the ones that end up footing more of the bill.

If this were a business deal, and you owned stock in the company, would you be happy that, while you're getting to stick it to some people, your companies stock price is nose diving?

This is foolish gesture.
