Wouldn't it be nice to live in China or some other country where they don't have tort lawyers? If you get injured due to some defective product or someone's negligence, you are on your own with no remedy or compensation of any type. Is that what you are advocating?

CEOs pollute and rape the environment and your going after the lawyers? CEOs that think nothing of taking home 200 times that of their rank & file -- while bitching about 25 cent raises to the janitors union.
