SHENZHEN, China & LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 2003--Industries International, Inc. (OTCBB:IDUL), a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor of telephones, telecommunications-related technology and lithium batteries in China, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Li Sun Power, has been awarded a technology patent (Patent No.03254599.1-China) for its recently introduced battery control system for electric vehicles.
The control system, using Li Sun Power's self developed real-time control and intelligent voltage stabilization control technology, is by far one of the most powerful and advanced battery control and testing systems in China and around the world.

"Receiving this patent for our lithium battery technology attests to our ongoing progress in emerging as one of China's leading providers of lithium-ion batteries. This patent, coupled with our recently announced alliance with China's second largest auto maker Dong Feng Auto to jointly develop a battery powered vehicle, will uniquely position our company to lead China's electric vehicle industry," said Dr. Kit Tsui, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Industries International.
