Writing our own install / uninstall application or at least changing our current installer to have the option of doing a full uninstall, is certainly something we'd like to do, however I'm unsure as to when that could be implemented.

Regarding file corruption, it's very difficult to track down the cause of that. One of the steps we take when troubleshooting an issue is to start from scratch (i.e. removing the extra .ini files that hold user settings, etc.) It doesn't necessarily mean that it's a result of a problem of eSignal. There could be other components causing the problem as well. For example, other applications running under Windows that the user is often completely unaware of. This FAQ might help uncover if there is any of those.
