For eons, only the greedy industrialist/capitalist had any power whatsoever.

God, Ann, do you know how "60's" you sound? That kind of rhetoric ceased when Socialism went went down the tubes in the 80's :>)

Do you have any idea what good treachery costs these days? Of course they outsource it! Domestically, a skilled treacherer is gonna run at least $250 hourly + benes, with a union-imposed "two-treacherous act" minimum. Overseas, you can get more treachery for the buck and often it's treachery of higher, more nefarious quality. Why, it's a bargain at twice the price.

"GW Bush is in trouble with those voters due to his campaign contributors outsourcing treachery & flood of illegals. "

Ann, I agree with KLP....Attitude and adapting to change will make life better and help you survive job losses or anything else. My grandparents came down from Quebec to work in the mills in NH and MA rather than keep trying to scratch a living off a rock. My parents became small business people, which is what my husband and I are now, after quitting/getting laid off from corporate life. We see no point in sitting around blaming "greedy industrialist/capitalists", trying to find work in an area glutted with laid-off professionals (telecom) or meekly accepting our fate, like that poor jerk in the movie Howard's End, who lost his job, couldn't find another doing the same thing and ended up starved to death and too weak to survive. I remember thinking, "Why doesn't the idiot borrow some money from his wealthy lover and start over in Canada, or Australia, and then pay her back???" But noooo, it wouldn't be "honorable".... sheesh.

For eons, only the greedy industrialist/capitalist had any power whatsoever. This is 1st time in history that the average person's vote will hopefully stop the injustice.

You need to read up on Teddy Roosevelt:

When company owners are severely lacking in business acumen, it should not be solely the workers who suffer (which is in effect what has happened in past).

As I just noted, if the workers don't like where they are working today, they can start their own business and be the owner.

Personally, I've thought for a long time that NO one in Congress should be elected to Congress unless he/she had owned their own small business for a minimum of 5 years, and been responsible for paying a payroll of at least 10 employees for a minimum of 3 of those years.
