Bush is vulnerable on defense and FA. His "expertise" is entirely manufactured by the best PR people money can buy. Dean seems to be one of the few that realizes this, and will hit him on that every step of the way. The problem will be the mass quantity of tv ads and punditry that spin both Dean's and Bush's words, before Dean gets a chance to straighten them out. He'll succeed if he gets access to the media, hopefully that's what the fund-raising will provide.
