Patron, how much was the unsolicited bid on your condo? I get solicitations for my house all the time, by phone and mail.....price unspecified. Threw one in the trash just yesterday. Also, has anyone else seen those TV commercials from Express Realty, which has a musical jingle which says...WE BUY YOUR HOUSE IN JUST 7 DAYS? Maybe this is a local thing on my cable TV, but I see it when watching CNBC. Should mention here that I also receive mailings from certain agents whose names I recognize, offering the same thing....will buy my house or have a buyer, won't say what price. IGNORE!!! These folks are predatory, and won't offer anything close to what your property is worth, or it's not worth their time and marketing money.

blowingrockproperties.com 10 acres mountain side, $800k. Oh by the way, Wachovia has loaned out $1.5 Million to the developer it seems. Banks going to own a lot of property one day soon. Famous last words of the realtor "I'll sell every lot before the end of Fall leaf season". Total sales 0. Loan interest ticking. PS. I'll give a 50% discount to anybody who wants to buy similar, one ridge over or the top of the $800k ridge. You can look down on all the $800k lots.
