You are brave<g> the bull is back, don't short now! And China won't put out its CDMA standard until at least another 6 months, if not longer, so now is still too early for short.

I am not sure where her friends' husband got that idea about developing China's TD-SCDMA standard will make "Q CDMA's good days are numbered now". That is an outright joke. And her argument was from that QCOM engineer friend. LOL.

I personally know more than 5 CDMA PhD. engineers each with more than 10 years of developing QCOM's CDMA technologies from the ground up. They will not agree with this innocent Mulan lady's comments at all. So are the rest of world CDMA carriers, handsets manufacturers, and infrastructure manufacturers.

I can assure you that QCOM's CDMA still have a long way to go. And I have even more shares in QCOM than I ever had before.

Please do your DD. I recommend you go to QCOM's website and start from there.
