Lieberman won't renounce his support for military action in Iraq, though he does criticize Bush's execution. To the Bush-haters, that's not good enough. For their support, you have to oppose Bush 100% on everything - you have to proclaim your hate loudly like they do. Lieberman has stepped off the reservation - he's a rogue Democrat to the extremists.

Watch out - if Dean gets the nod, Lieberman could pull a Zell. Not likely, of course, but I'd be surprised (and disappointed in him) if he spent any time stumping for a Dean ticket. More likely he'd just sit on his porch and watch the clowns parade by.

;-)

PS: What has Lieberman said about tax policies?
