It will be interesting

As much interest as they have in not letting the stock market go down, they have about 10 times as much interest in keeping the real estate market afloat

I mean who knows but this real estate (and stock market too come to think of it) crash sure has not arrived yet.

Real estate is an intensely local phenomenon. I own real estate in Miami and Washington D.C (Georgetown). Both markets are intensely supported by international buying. the cheap dollar gives a tremendous underpinning to these markets. Both properties I acquired many many years ago at much cheaper prices. I would not buy now, but I am glad I own some nice properties.

I mean who has a crystal ball but man people having been screaming that the sky will fall for years now. Maybe some day but it is not happening now. And just because all the geniuses say it is about to happen does not make it happen.
