I think some of the rout in gold stocks can be laid at the feet of the new Gold Bullion Securities that started trading in London on Tuesday. Brokers were selling gold mutual funds at a large profit and which in turn were liquidating gold shares. The Brokers were then buying the GBS's to keep their gold exposure.

(a cute a cuddly Canadian Catholic ;o)
Maybe that is the thing that sets you Catholics apart. One could not make similar comments about other religious groups and still maintain the aura of political correctness.
