When?

1 - the $CDN goes to par or better
2 - Real Estate values drop

I'm patient I'm thinking sometime 2-4 years from now.

The combination of strong $CDN and weaker US real estate should give an attractive opportunity.

It is still a lot more secure here than anywhere else in the world

It is far from only the Latins who are buying in Miami

Besides what country is it that you retreat to so desperately for 6 months of every year?
