Hi Arnie, I think they will have access to plenty of dough for corporate purposes which obviously is good. It is all the previous financing they've done with it's attendant warrants and share registrations at extremely low prices that makes me think the share price is going to be under pressure. But FA is not my strong point. I will ask one of my broker friends to give me a read on it today. The latest registration is not a debenture i don't think. Is this the debenture you speak of? m
