I do BOTH. Shoot digitally in the off-season as part of my scouting. Shoot the real deal in season. I don't know why it is, but I get an intense sense of pleasure when I make a dish from stuff I have taken with my own hands. Makes me feel alive. I am nearly convinced that shopping for food castrates a man. LOL
