I don't have a position right now, but I might get in if Oracle resumes growth, although I think nearly all tech stock are seriously overvalued again imho---Oracle less so than most.

I really dislike the behavior of the PSFT board and management, and hope the court sticks it to them. It is funny how people always love to complain about Larry so much, but imo, Larry manages his company to provide intrinsic value to shareholders more than do CEOs of many tech companies. SEBL, for example, hasn't proved to be much more than a stock option ponzi scheme during its entire existence imho. Oracle is always profitable after stock option expense is taken in to account.
