I do not doubt that she did either, but her transgression pales to what is still going on. In the TELM/Zhone transaction, a private company bought a public company in order to get on the public markets, then forgave tens of millions of dollars in loans made to TELM executives as they were laid off. This took place within the last quarter or so.
