Bill, Hi!! So while Saddam is being inspected for head lice... Following his capture from a hole... Almost within shouting distance of one of his palaces...Add in the consistent upbeat economic news..Add in a Bush re-election...Dean's done...Things should be moving up...The tax cuts that Dean was criticizing and speaking of repealing are ancient news... So with a ton of uncertainty removed from the markets...How bullish is this? Best, Kemble
