Defrosting is going on everywhere except in MSEA. India must suffer through all the ills that electoral representative govmint will bring them. Tragedy of the commons is one evil, there are many others. India is a great mess. This gives many people the incentive to keep working on the solution. The problem with Canada is the mess is not clearly seen yet, and apathy of our middle class is deeply ingrained, This kills creativity and empowerment of emerging people in the generation. EC<:-}
