Powell was there trying to rally support for the mission. He presented what he believed to be the relevant reasons for deposing Hussein. I see no lies in his presentation.

However, I do see lies in the statements of his critics. Call him wrong, call him mistaken if you want, but don't assign to him an accusation of intent to deceive.
