I haven't read enough of them yet to know exactly what he expects concerning rates -- last weeks sounded like he expects higher rates, but the language was something like -- watch for a break of the channel in EITHER direction ... that's another reason I like him -- not dogmatic -- he's open to different possibilities -- makes for a better letter.
